7554 Sandy Springs return 1

Sometimes a real estate photography job isn’t finished forever after the first shoot.

A few months ago, I photographed this Colorado Springs property for a local Realtor and put together the full real estate media package: professional listing photos, a cinematic property walkthrough video, a vertical social media reel, a 2D CubiCasa floor plan, and a Zillow 3D Tour with an interactive floor plan, all uploaded to her Zillow Showcase. (Here’s the portfolio post from that original shoot.)

Recently, the Realtor called me back.

The occupants have moved out, the interior has been cleaned up and prepared for the market, and the original photographs no longer represented the property quite as well as they could. So I returned to the home to photograph the updated interior and give the listing a fresh new set of images.

Keeping Your Real Estate Listing Photos Current

Professional real estate photography isn’t just about making a property look good. The photos should also give prospective buyers an attractive and accurate representation of what they’re going to see when they walk through the door.

Properties change.

Furniture disappears. Rooms are cleaned out. Clutter is removed. Repairs or improvements get finished. Sometimes a property that was originally photographed while occupied becomes much more open and inviting once it’s vacant and ready to show.

When that happens, updating the photography can be worthwhile.

In this case, returning for a second shoot allowed us to replace the older interior images with photographs that better represent the property’s current condition while preserving the other listing media that had already been created.

More Than Real Estate Photography for Colorado Springs Realtors

One of my goals with RebelMinds Design is to make the media side of listing a property easier for Realtors.

That can start with professional MLS photography, but it doesn’t have to stop there.

Depending on the property and how you plan to market it, I can also provide:

  • Professional real estate listing photography
  • Cinematic property listing videos
  • Vertical social media walkthrough reels
  • 2D CubiCasa floor plans
  • Zillow 3D Tours and Interactive floor plans
  • Media packages combining multiple services

For the original shoot at this property, we used nearly the entire toolbox. For this return visit, what the Realtor needed was much simpler: updated photography reflecting the newly cleaned and vacant interior.

That’s exactly how I want RebelMinds Design to work for my real estate clients. You don’t need to purchase every service every time. Tell me what the property needs, and we’ll put together the right media for that particular listing.

A Real Estate Photography Partner You Can Call Again

For Realtors, there’s also a major advantage in having a photographer you already know and can call when another property is ready.

I want to build those kinds of working relationships with Colorado Springs real estate professionals.

Maybe you need 25 or 35 MLS photos for one property. Maybe the next one deserves a full video and Zillow 3D Tour. Maybe an existing listing changes and you simply need me to come back and update a handful of rooms. Whatever the situation, the goal is the same: make the process convenient for you and create professional real estate media that helps you present your listings at their best.
